While running your own business is difficult most of the time, the recent past, was made particularly difficult by the pandemic. This has brought a sharp focus to the need for entrepreneurs to drive their business performance and financial well-being more vigorously than ever before.

As a business coach, I will draw from lessons learnt in business turnaround strategies and practices to guide my clients to maintain top line revenue growth. This will be done by applying appropriate sales and marketing strategies that increase customer base while at the same time maintaining high operational efficiencies through leveraging on strong systems, processes, and practices.

Through my business coaching, I will not only help entrepreneurs achieve their goals, but also provide comfort to other stakeholders, relying on the financial well-being of the entrepreneur to meet their respective financial goals. Banks, for example, lend to entrepreneurs on the strength of their financial projections. To achieve these financials projections, requires the level of accountability that can only be gained from coaching clients through these ever-changing business landscape.

After many years in corporate finance, banking and state organisations, occupying several financial roles, culminating in being appointed as the CEO of Barclays Bank Botswana and Chairman of the National Development Bank, I firmly believe that I am the ideally suited to challenge my clients to set and strive to achieve a strong sustainable year-on-year growth.
